French Accounting Services

The Amspan staff are able to advise and assist in English (both in writing and over the telephone) in regard to the rules and regulations in force in France relating to the preparation and filing of accounts.

The services offered by Amspan in this respect include:-

• A standard book-keeping service to ensure conformity with stringent French legal conditions
  
  
• A premium book-keeping service which in addition to the standard service permits the production of internal reporting documents to French norms for local management as well as financial reporting converted to UK or US management accounting standards 
  
  
• The preparation of appropriate accounting documents to GAAP standards and to US/UK consolidation requirements for English-speaking middle or senior management
  
  
• The preparation and production of annual published accounts and tax returns in accordance with both French and UK/US legal requirements for submission to the French Tax Authorities, Registrar of Companies and other relevant third parties.
